Join Anne Wolka for an afternoon of yoga, restoration, and intention setting. You will enjoy a gentle series of warm up exercises to settle into your physical body, followed by a pranayama (breathing) practice to help prepare you for the practice of restorative yoga. The workshop will also include a guided meditation for intention setting, mantra, and an extended savasana (final relaxation).
